Information we collect

We collect account details, uploaded photographs, album content, shipping information, order records, support messages, and basic website analytics needed to provide and improve Keep a Moment.

How we use it

We use this information to create and store albums, process payments, arrange printing and delivery, prevent fraud, provide support, and maintain the service. We do not sell personal information.

Website analytics

We use privacy-friendly website analytics and a random anonymous journey identifier to understand which service steps work or fail. The journey log may include page paths, step names, timestamps, campaign tags, photo counts, processing duration, and general error categories. It does not contain your photographs, filenames, album content, email, shipping details, or payment information.

Service providers

We share only the information needed with service providers including Supabase for account and file storage, Vercel for hosting and privacy-friendly analytics, Google Analytics for optional website measurement, PayPal for payments, Prodigi for printing and delivery, and our email provider for service messages.

Your photographs

Your photographs remain yours. We process them only to provide the album service. Printing requires securely sharing the final print file with our fulfillment partner. Please upload photographs only when you have the right to use them.

Retention and deletion

You may delete an un-ordered album from your account. Order and payment records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion.

Security and international processing

We use access controls and private storage, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Because our providers operate internationally, information may be processed outside your country under the safeguards available through those providers.
