Terms of service

The service

Keep a Moment helps customers arrange photographs and order personalized printed albums. In the current MVP, every successfully uploaded image is included unless you remove it yourself. Automated recommendations may arrange or crop images. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final draft before purchase.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to store, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to operate the service and fulfill your order. You must have permission to upload and print the content and must not submit illegal, infringing, or abusive material.

Orders and payment

Prices and delivery charges are shown before payment. Orders are accepted only after successful payment and fulfillment validation. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be produced, contains prohibited content, or has an obvious pricing or technical error.

Personalized products

Albums are custom-made from your approved draft. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, change-of-mind returns are not available after production begins. Our shipping and returns policy explains remedies for defects, damage, or non-delivery.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
