How many photographs can I upload?+
Keep a Moment is designed for large stories and bulk selection. You can select hundreds of photographs instead of uploading them one at a time.
Do I need to organize or rename my photographs first?+
No. Faces, chronology and visual rhythm help shape the first draft, so you can begin with the photographs rather than a finished folder structure.
How long does the first draft take?+
A complete first draft is composed in minutes. The exact time can vary with the number and size of the photographs and the speed of the connection.
Can I edit the album before ordering?+
Yes. Review and refine the draft before you approve it. You remain the author of the final album.
Will every selected photograph appear?+
In the current experience, every photograph you select is included in the draft.
What does the $39 price include?+
The limited launch offer starts at $39 and includes 24 pages. Additional pages cost $0.60 each. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
What is the album made from?+
The Founding Edition uses 180-degree lay-flat binding, 400gsm archival matte pages and a matte-laminated hardcover.
When will my album arrive?+
Every album is printed to order. Available delivery options, live prices and destination-specific estimates are shown at checkout. Estimates begin after production and are not guaranteed dates.
What happens if an album arrives damaged?+
Contact support within 14 days of delivery and include the order number plus clear photographs of the album and packaging. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
Are my original photographs private?+
Your photographs are used to provide the album service. They are not used to train public AI models. See the Privacy page for complete details about storage, processing and deletion.
Do I have to order after creating a draft?+
No. You can review the draft before deciding to purchase. Nothing is printed until you approve and order the album.
